一、概述1. Overview

本可接受使用政策（"AUP"）规定了您在使用 Pixyee（pixyee.com）提供的画廊、水印工具、漫画工具等在线服务（"服务"）时的行为准则。使用本服务即表示您同意遵守本政策以及我们的服务条款和隐私政策。

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the online gallery, watermark tools, comic tools and related services (the "Services") provided by Pixyee (pixyee.com). By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

二、禁止内容2. Prohibited Content

您不得使用本服务发布、存储、生成或传播以下内容：

You must not use the Services to post, store, generate or distribute:

• 露骨或色情内容：任何形式的 NSFW、露骨、色情或性暗示内容，包括但不限于裸露、性行为描写或性化未成年人内容（对未成年人的任何性化内容将立即上报执法机关）。Explicit or sexual content: any NSFW, explicit, pornographic or sexually suggestive material, including but not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or sexualized content involving minors (any sexualized content involving minors will be reported to law enforcement immediately).
• 暴力与仇恨内容：宣扬、美化或鼓励暴力、恐怖主义、仇恨言论，或基于种族、民族、宗教、性别、性取向、残疾等身份的歧视内容。Violence and hate content: content that promotes, glorifies or encourages violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other status.
• 非法内容：任何违反适用法律法规的内容，包括侵犯知识产权、隐私权或其他权利的内容。Illegal content: anything that violates applicable laws or regulations, including content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• 欺骗与冒充：冒充他人或实体、散布虚假信息、欺诈或钓鱼内容。Deception and impersonation: impersonating others or entities, spreading false information, fraud or phishing content.
• 恶意内容：恶意软件、病毒、恶意脚本或任何危害服务安全的内容。Malicious content: malware, viruses, malicious scripts, or anything that compromises the security of the Services.

三、禁止行为3. Prohibited Conduct

• 不得滥用、逆向工程、干扰或试图破坏服务的正常运行。Do not abuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the Services.
• 不得批量抓取画廊内容用于与本服务竞争或非个人用途。Do not scrape gallery content in bulk for competitive or non-personal purposes.
• 不得规避服务的付费权益限制（如收藏上限、导出分辨率限制等）。Do not circumvent paid feature limits (such as favorites caps or export resolution limits).
• 不得注册多个账号以获取不正当利益。Do not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.

四、AI 生成内容说明4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Pixyee 目前不提供任何 AI 图像/视频生成功能（AIGC）。我们的漫画工具和水印工具仅对您上传的图片进行本地编辑处理（排版、加水印、导出等），所有处理均在您的浏览器内完成，不会向任何第三方 AI 模型发送您的图片或文本。画廊中展示的提示词与图片来自公开渠道收集，版权归原作者或权利方所有。

Pixyee currently does not provide any AI image/video generation (AIGC) features. Our comic and watermark tools only edit images you upload locally (layout, watermarking, export, etc.). All processing happens in your browser and no images or text are sent to any third-party AI model. Prompts and images displayed in the gallery are collected from public sources; copyright belongs to the original authors or rights holders.

五、执行与处罚5. Enforcement

我们保留对违反本 AUP 的行为采取行动的权利，包括但不限于：删除违规内容、限制或终止账号、暂停订阅服务，以及在必要时向执法机关举报。对于严重或重复违规者，我们可能永久禁止其使用本服务，且不予退款。

We reserve the right to take action against violations of this AUP, including but not limited to: removing offending content, restricting or terminating accounts, suspending subscription services, and reporting to law enforcement when necessary. For serious or repeat offenders, we may permanently ban access to the Services without refund.
